If you are having a problem sending your files through our website, then alternatively you can send with WeTransfer to [email protected] by including the order number (ORDER) in the Message field or by writing the email you used in the order.

We suggest you include all files together in a zip file and send them. Keep in mind that WeTransfer, in its free version, sends up to 2GB at a time.

The supported image files are jpg and png with a maximum file size of 8MB.
