Everyone has a smartphone these days, and your guests will be taking lots of photos and videos on the day of the event.
Step 2
Share the photos
Display your unique QR code at the wedding venue, on the reception tables, etc. so that your guests can scan the QR code and upload the photos and videos.

Enjoy the memories
Click on the link we provide to access ALL of these amazing photos and videos, free to download and share from your online gallery.
You and your guests, friends or family do not need to install any mobile app or create an account and log in to use the service.
Choose a template
Choose the template you want to use to present the QR code at your event and we will send it to you electronically, with the QR code printed and your names or the name of the event.

Scan the QR code with your phone

- Scan the QR code.
- It will take you to the event page with the options “UPLOAD PHOTOS”, “VIEW PHOTOS” and the QR code for guests to share with each other.
- Select “UPLOAD PHOTOS” and it will take you directly to the “ADD PHOTOS” option of the service, just click the button and upload your photos or videos.
- Select “VIEW PHOTOS” and it will take you to view the gallery.

The QR code can be used normally until the expiry date of your gallery.
You should keep in mind that, you cannot delete photos from a previous use of the collection and all photos and videos will be available and accessible during the new use.
YES, there is no app or anything to limit you, all you need is to have access to the internet in any way and you will be able to access your collection.
Simply display your QR code at your wedding or event for people to scan and upload their photos and videos. It always helps to mention what the QR code is for.
After you purchase your QR code from our product page, we will create your collection with your names and then create a unique QR code and link. We will email you these details to use at your wedding or event. Print and display the QR code as you wish. Your guests and friends don’t need an app or sign in to an account to upload and view photos, it’s all done simply with their mobile browser.
The photo collection will remain active for three (3) months from the date of purchase. During the order there is the possibility to extend this time.
In any case, the total duration of a collection, for each order, cannot exceed twelve (12) months.
Your collection can accommodate easily thousands of photos and videos.
You can upload JPEG, GIF, PNG and HEIC photo files to your collection.
For video files, you can upload h.264, .mov, .AVI, most .mpeg, .m4v, and .mts files up to 20 minutes long and in Full HD (1920×1080). The maximum file size allowed for any video is 3 GB.
You can upload videos at 30fps (frames per second) or lower, any speed higher than 30fps will be converted to 30 frames per second.
With each order of the service Not a Moment Lost you receive by email the QR code as a PNG file, a link that leads you directly to the option to upload photos and videos, a link that leads you directly to your collection to view the photos and videos.
If you have chosen access level 1, you and everyone else who has access to the QR code, once you reach your collection you will be able to download the photos and videos to your device.
If you have selected access level 2 or 3, then you will have the same rights to the photos and videos in the collection as your guests and friends. On the first business day after the event, you will receive an email with a code that will now be necessary to view the photos and videos in the collection and will allow you to download the photos and videos in full resolution to your device. You can give this code to relatives and friends so that they can also download photos and videos of their choice.
From the Additional Options, which are optional, if you select a template (with or without printing) you will receive it with the original email as a JPG file ready for printing in 10x15cm.
If you have chosen a print (on paper, plastic stand, etc.), these will be sent within 1-2 working days by BoxNow free of charge or by a courier of your choice with payment by the recipient.
Everyone who has access to the QR code and depending on your selection, will be able to do one of the following:
- Upload photos and videos, view, share directly to social networks and download – save to their device the photos and videos in your gallery.
- Upload photos and videos, view and share photos and videos in your gallery directly to social networks.
- Upload photos and videos and view the photos and videos in your gallery.
Also, anyone with access to the gallery will be able to a screenshot of a photo and save or share it.
In cases 2 and 3, in order to be able to download the photos and videos from your collection, you will receive an access code on the first working day after the event, with which you will now have access to your collection and will be able to download the photos and videos in full resolution.
Finally, no one can delete photos or videos from the collection until the expiration date.
