After you place your order from our eshop, we will create your collection (gallery) with the “Event Name” that you will specify when ordering, along with a unique QR code, which will direct you to the event page, from where your guests will be able to upload photos and videos.

The QR code will be sent to you ready to use, so you can print it or display it in any way you wish during the event.

Your guests simply scan the QR code to start uploading photos and videos of the day. No app or account creation required — everything works easily and instantly through their mobile browser.

With every order for the “No Moment Missed!” service, you will receive by email the QR code as a PNG file, a link that takes you directly to the option to upload photos and videos, and a link that takes you directly to your collection to view the photos and videos.

If you have selected LIMITED ACCESS, in the activation email, along with the QR, you will also receive a password (Host Code) that will be necessary for someone to download an individual photo/video from the collection or to download the entire content of the collection in zip file format.

From the “Optional Options”, if you select a mockup (with or without printing) you will receive it with the activation email as a JPG file ready for printing in dimensions 10x15cm.

If you have selected a print (on paper, plastic stand, etc.), these will be shipped within 1-2 business days via BoxNow or by courier.

No. Your guests don’t need to install any apps or create an account.

They just need to scan the QR code and they can immediately upload and view photos and videos through their mobile browser, easily and quickly.

Simply display your QR code at your wedding or event for people to scan and upload their photos and videos. It always helps to mention what the QR code is for.

There are two (2) options for accessing the photos/videos in your gallery, FULL ACCESS and LIMITED ACCESS. Each allows:

1. FULL ACCESS, anyone with access to the QR code can upload photos/videos, view the photos/videos in the collection, share directly on social networks and download – save the photos/videos in your collection to their device.
2. RESTRICTED ACCESS, anyone with access to the QR code can upload photos/videos and view the photos/videos in the collection.

With the RESTRICTED ACCESS option, in the activation email, along with the QR, you will also receive a password (Host code) that will be necessary for someone to download an individual photo/video from the collection or to download the entire content of the collection in zip format.

Finally, no one can delete photos/videos from the collection until the expiration date unless you have purchased the Reset Gallery feature.

Yes. Access to the collection is exclusively through the unique QR code and the relevant link of your event.

Your collection can accommodate easily thousands of photos and videos.

You can upload JPEG, GIF, PNG and HEIC photo files to your collection.

For video files, you can upload h.264, .mov, .AVI, most .mpeg, .m4v, and .mts files up to 20 minutes long and in Full HD (1920×1080). The maximum file size allowed for any video is 3 GB.

You can upload videos at 30fps (frames per second) or lower, any speed higher than 30fps will be converted to 30 frames per second.

The photo collection will remain active for three (3) months from the date of purchase. During the order there is the possibility to extend this time.

In any case, the total duration of a collection, for each order, cannot exceed twelve (12) months.

YES, there is no app or anything to limit you, all you need is to have access to the internet in any way and you will be able to access your collection.

Yes of course, it’s all yours to download, share, keep.

Yes, the QR code remains active and can be used normally until the expiration date of your collection.

Please note that content from previous uses (events) is not deleted. Photos and videos that have already been uploaded to the collection will continue to be available and visible in the next use (event) of the QR code.
